REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION

Before booking any event, carefully review your booking details. We will be unable to process exchanges or refunds after a event/workshop ticket has been purchased or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets.
If the amount you pay for a event/workshop is incorrect regardless of whether because of an error in a price posted on this website/mobile appor otherwise communicated to you, or you are able to order a ticket before its scheduled on-sale or presale date or you are able to order a ticket that was not supposed to have been released for sale, then, we will have the right to cancel that ticket (or the order for that ticket) and refund to you the amount that you paid. This will apply regardless of whether the error was caused because of human error or a transactional malfunction of this website/mobile app.
Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter. Should this occur, we will attempt to contact you and refund the amount as per the policy of the organizer.
We offer a full refund under 2 circumstances.
Cancellation of Subscriptions/Memberships
If you signed-up for your membership directly through us, you may cancel any time by writing to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you transact for the applicable subscription or membership service through a third party, through your account with such third party. If you cancel within 3 business days of signing up for, or converting from a free trial to, a paid membership, we will refund your full membership fee; except that we may charge you (or withhold from your refund) the value of the Service used through your account during such period. You also expressly accept that the Service will start within your cancellation period. If you are accessing the Service as part of an subscription or membership that you transact for through a third party, the cancellation and refund terms that apply to you may differ and are as set forth by such third party, and you may need to contact such third party to cancel your subscription or receive any refund under its applicable policies.
We provide refunds for payments only when components or parts are damaged or have any manufacturing defects. Refunds are done within the time period of 15 days after the product has been returned to the partner. The refunds are done via online or mobile payment platform. The calcutations for return amount are done as per the applicable policies of the partner who supplied the product. This shall be shared on a case-to-case basis.
The company does not provide exchange of their services, and any return of the product has to be through the delivery personnel only.
For Pay on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed to your bank account (via National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT)) .
If you wish to receive the Pay on Delivery order’s refund to your bank account, you can share the details of the bank account by writing to support @at-quest.in.
Please note that refunds cannot be processed to third-party accounts. The name on your account should match with the name of the bank account holder.
We charge a standard 15% cancellation fee for any cancellation done 3 days prior to the delivery of the service, and a 50% cancellation fee for any cancellation that is done post that.
We maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and non-complying users and reserve the right to deny access to such users at any time or cancel any orders placed by them in future.
